Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform health checks on physical devices (servers, routers, switches, access points, cables) to ensure they are free of physical damage, have proper ventilation (dust removal), and secure connections. Regularly update software and firmware to the latest versions.

Data and Configuration Backups: Our technical team schedule regular data and configuration backups and verify that the backups are complete and restorable. Storing backups off-site protects against local disasters.
